Eye Health Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our features, tools, and how we help with eye health

WebEyeClinic is an AI-powered platform designed to help you understand your eye health. You can ask questions, upload eye images, and receive educational information — all in a simple, user-friendly way.

You can chat in any language. Visio automatically translates your messages so you can communicate in your preferred language. Our doctor will reply in English, and Visio will translate the answers back into your language — making it easy to get help no matter where you’re from.

No. WebEyeClinic is for educational purposes only. We do not offer medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments. Always consult a licensed eye doctor for clinical care.

A proper eye diagnosis requires a physical examination, including tools like slit lamp microscopy, pupil dilation, and intraocular pressure measurement — which can only be done in a clinic. Our goal is to help you understand your condition, interpret your eye scans, and know what questions to ask your eye doctor, so you can be better prepared for your visit.

Our AI assistant, Visio, guides you through symptom-based questions, helps interpret eye images like OCT or Pentacam, and provides educational insights about your condition. It does not replace a real doctor but can help you prepare for your visit.

You can upload eye-related images such as OCT scans, Pentacam, fundus photos, and fluorescein angiography. Our AI will ask follow-up questions and help explain findings in simple terms.

Yes. We follow strict privacy standards and do not share your data with third parties. Your uploaded images and AI chat data are securely handled for your use only.

Right now, we only offer chat support through our AI assistant Visio and doctor-reviewed guidance within the platform. In the near future, we plan to partner with multiple eye clinics and licensed doctors to provide referrals and direct connections for consultation.

Access to Visio, our AI assistant, and doctor-reviewed guidance requires a one-time fee of $20, which gives you full access to chat support for up to 3 weeks. This includes educational responses from Visio and follow-up input from our doctor to help you understand your condition better. Some general features may still be available for free.
