Dear Doctor,
I have eye blurry since 6 month ago . I have been consulting eye specialist since 5 month ago.
They said this is my issue "Central Serous Retinopathy". They give me following medicine in below order
1) nepafenac (eye drop) => I can only take for 2 day because my eye cannot take it because after taking eye become red, itchy and too hot etc..
2) After 2 month ,they did "Fluorescein angiography" , and doctor said they swollen behind eye or watery size are still same and nothing special after that diagnosis.
3) They give me "Loratadine 10MG Tablet" , 2 tablet per day. But after two days ,I cannot take anymore because of side effect which make me pain whole waist and over urinate make me pain even when I pee and diarrhea . That pain remain for 1 week and I need to go nearby clinic for urgent matter.
4) After one month, they check my eye again and said the size of thing behind eye remain same, but as i noticed my vision are quite worse and quite unstable , sometime become a bit better ,sometime worse. Vision distortion as obviously getting worse. In this appointment they give me another medicine "Eplerenone 50 mg". Doctor told me to just take half of pill for a week and take 1 after it if i can take. I have take half for a week and even some pain ,i can bear, so on second week I take 1 then terrible thing happen. I completely fall down on bed with heart beat unstable, pain all over wait, keep urine , feel like get cold, whole body cold and especially my feet. I have suffered that for 2,3 day ,finally I run to nearby clinic because I feel not good internal stomach, it like everything internally was screw up and painful. I stop taking that medicine from that time onward.
Are those medicine decrease my blood pressure ? I was not ask by doctor anything about my body situation before giving this medicine .
May I know what I should I do ?
Is that curable ?
If I just stay like this without doing anything , it will get worse or blind ?
Please advice me.

The only known effective treatment for your condition (Central Serous retinopathy) is laser photocoagulation to the leaking point and in case the leaking point is near the central vision they can use micropulse laser therapy.
Some studies showed intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF can be helpful.
