Question

Hi,

I need to use a 1% over the counter hydrocortisone cream on my hands due to eczema. If I put it on at night and then wear gloves, and then wash my hands in the morning, is it safe to have my hands make contact with my eyes afterwards?

I am so worried about secondary glaucoma.

Please advise

Thanks for your Question

There is no problem with that as the skin will absorb the cream. You have to take this cream under the supervision of your doctor to prevent misuse of it.
