Hi,
I am facing redness in both eyes with no pain frequently for the past one year. When consulted the specialist i was informed that it is due to dry eyes and no serious about it.
But still i wish to know the reason and he conducted CRP, Rheumatoid factor and ESR tests and all results were negative.

There are many causes of dry eyes such as systemic diseases in which you were tested negative for that and also can be caused by eye surgeries.
Dry eye is very common after Lasik eye surgery and you should keep using lubricant eye drops. You should read this articles about treatments of dry eye, you will find it helpful.
